Proposed fees and fees policy for Environmental Health

Overview

The Environmental Health Team are proposing to increase the fees they charge under the Health Act 1956, Food Act 2014 and the Resource Management Act 1991 to ensure that the cost of each activity is met within budget and doesn’t add more ratepayer cost. 

The Environmental Health Team are also proposing that they have a Policy that allows a CPI adjustment each year going forward to try and eliminate large irregular increases in fees.
