By taking part in this survey, you acknowledge and agree that the information you provide will be collected, used, and held by the Marlborough District Council (Council) for the purpose of informing future planning and decision-making, and for the preparation of aggregated statistical information. 

This survey does not request personally identifiable information. However, it includes general demographic questions (such as age group, area of residence, ethnicity, and duration of residence in Marlborough) to assist Council in understanding community views.

All responses will be used and reported in anonymised and aggregated form. Council will take reasonable steps to ensure that no individual is identifiable in any reporting or publication.

Provision of information is voluntary. By completing the survey, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your responses for the purposes outlined above.

The collection and use of this information is in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (the Act). Under the Act, you have the right to request access to, and correction of, any personal information held by Council.
